6. Pricing and Payment

8. Limitation of Liability

Appollon's liability is limited to the amount of services paid by the client. In no event shall Appollon be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Services may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice, except in cases of force majeure or serious breach of contractual obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website and services (texts, images, logos, software) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Appollon.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
