These terms govern the use of the Appollon website. Accessing the website means accepting them.
Products and services
- Talos, NOX and Pythie software (Appollon platform), under licence
- Partner licence for integrators
- Services: deployment, training, incident response
- Surface audit
Each licence or service is covered by a separate contract, which prevails over these terms.
Access
Our products and services are intended for legally constituted businesses and organizations.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Payment is by invoice, under the terms of the contract.
Confidentiality
The parties agree to keep exchanged information confidential. This obligation continues after the contract ends.
Liability
Appollon's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the licence or service concerned. Appollon cannot be held liable for indirect damage.
Intellectual property
The website's content and Appollon's software (text, images, logos, code) are protected by copyright and remain Appollon's property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec and Canada.
